MIZON Rice Water Milky Glow Toner is a watery milky toner formulated with 80.6% Haiami Rice Water, delivering rich nourishment and hydration to the skin while helping to brighten and refine dull skin tone. It helps improve the appearance of skin tone, clarity, and radiance, and support the skin barrier for healthier-looking skin.
It is enriched with 80.6% Haiami Rice Water that helps enhance skin clarity and radiance, Rice Bran PDRN that helps support the skin barrier, and brightening ingredient Melazero V2 helps promote a more even-looking complexion. It also contains ceramides and Phytosphingosine to soothe irritated skin, while preventing moisture loss and reinforcing skin barrier, and help keep the skin supple and resilient, while the combo of nourishing lipids squalane, shea butter and olive oil intensely nourishes dry skin and ensures a soft, supple skin feel.
It leaves the skin with a soft, natural glow through a non-sticky watery milky texture.
HOW TO USE
- Apply an appropriate amount to a cotton pad and gently sweep over the face, or pat into the skin with your hands for better absorption.
- Tip! Soak a dry toner pad and use it as a wiping toner or a quick mask pack for enhanced hydration and glow. Pour into a mist bottle and use throughout the day for an instant boost of moisture.
