I do not have a Peachy Perks account. Can I still earn points with my purchase?
Yes! All customers, including guest checkouts, will be able to earn points, and refer friends. However, all customers (including those who earn points as a guest) will need to log in to their account using their email address to redeem or spend their points.
Guests can earn points through placing an order only. They are not able to earn additional points through other activities (ie following us on Instagram, Facebook, celebrating a birthday, and product reviews). You may so these activities directly through the Peachy Perks Rewards page with just a click of a button!
I made a purchase as guest. Do I still earn points?
You might have started off as a guest when you made your first purchase in our store but fret not - your earned points from your purchase were not lost! All customers, including guest checkouts, will be able to earn points, and refer friends.
While guests can earn points from their purchase, remember though that to redeem rewards, you should log into your account using your email address.
I can't log into my account! What do I do?
No worries! You can log into your account using your email address, and a verification code will be sent to your email address to continue logging in. If you still have trouble signing in, you may use the contact form below to get in touch with us.
Do my Peachy Perks Rewards points expire?
Accounts with no points activity (earning or redeeming) for one year will have their points balance reset to zero. All unredeemed points will expire on a rolling basis for customers who have not engaged in points activity for 1 year (365 days)or more.
How do I check my points balance?

Do I earn points from purchasing an e-Gift card?
You can earn points even when purchasing E-Gift Cards, however, you will not earn points when redeeming an E-Gift Card.
I submitted my product review on your website and did not receive any points. What should I do?
Web reviews, those submitted directly on our website (rather than through a review request email), are not automatically marked as verified reviews. However, we do send verification emails to these reviewers in specific cases:
- If the reviewer has placed orders in any store.
- If the reviewer has logged into their user profile.
- If the reviewer has reviews verified as a buyer in any store.
For your review to be verified, you have to confirm your web reviews via the verification email sent to you following the submission of your review.
Can Peachy Points be transferred or merged between email accounts?
Peachy Points are not transferrable between email accounts.
You can accrue points on each of the separate accounts (depending on which account/email you're logged in with while shopping), but we recommend only using one account to maximize your points!
Make sure you log in when making a purchase so your Peachy Points will be registered in your email account.
Can I refer friends even as a guest without me signing up?
Yes! As guest, you will receive an on-site message on the order 'thank you' page with your referral link to share.
Help, I can't redeem my points!
