Key responsibilities:
- Directly reporting to and working closely with the CEO to oversee, manage and handle all areas of operations.

Working with the CEO and the marketing team in planning and executing marketing initiatives and other business plans to drive business expansion and success.

Overseeing, supervising and handling day-to-day operational tasks such as picking, packing and shipping of orders and making sure these are completed on a timely basis, accurately, completely, and in accordance with company brand standards.
- Receiving of inventory deliveries, and/or supervision thereof.
- Ensuring inventories are properly organised and stocked.
- Monitoring shelf life of inventories and reporting to management near-expiry items on a monthly basis.
- Supervising and/or conducting cyclical and year-end inventory counts.

Assisting the Finance Director with purchase monitoring, costings, stocks management and other financial reports.
- Overseeing warehouse supplies are in stock.

Handling customer inquiries received from all channels and resolving issues as the need arises.
- Assist in product publishing in the online store.

This position will report directly to the Finance Director and handle a variety of tasks within the accounts department such as issuing of sales invoices, managing purchase orders and supplier invoices, allocating receipts and payments and other administrative duties.
