Full-time Operations Assistant
We're looking for detail-oriented and organised individuals who can handle a variety of operational tasks in our warehouse.
We're looking for someone who is/has:
- Love and passion for, and good knowledge of (Korean) skincare and cosmetic products
- A problem solver and adaptable, with the ability to handle daily operational challenges
- A critical and logical thinker, with a 'Can-Do' attitude
- Good organisational and time management skills, and can work fast and focused under pressure
- Can multi-task effectively and efficiently
- Meticulous and with great attention to detail
- A quick learner and can work independently with less supervision
- Can work at their own initiative, curious and willing to learn
- With excellent communication skills, both written and oral (proficiency in English language is a must)
- Proficient in Microsoft applications (particularly in MS Excel and MS Word)
- Know-how in using Adobe Photoshop (or similar application) is a plus.
- Previous experience in the retail industry is a plus.
Key responsibilities:
- Handling day-to-day operational tasks such as shipping and packing of orders on a timely basis
- Directly reporting to the operations manager and CEO as applicable
- Checking and receiving inventories
- Ensuring sufficient warehouse supplies are in stock
- Cyclical inventory counts
- Handling customer inquiries
- Assist in product publishing in the online store
- Coordinate with third party suppliers and departmental counterparts to ensure smooth operations and efficient workflow.
- Support the team in executing projects and initiatives to drive business success
- Handling other administrative duties as assigned.

Administration and Accounts Staff
This position will report directly to the Finance Director and handle a variety of tasks within the accounts department such as issuing of sales invoices, managing purchase orders and supplier invoices, allocating receipts and payments and other administrative duties.
We're looking for someone is:
- Proficient in Microsoft applications (particularly in MS Excel and MS Word)
- A problem solver and a critical thinker, with a 'Can-Do' attitude
- A quick learner and can work independently with less supervision
- Meticulous and with great attention to detail

- Curious and willingness to learn

- A background and/or work experience within the accounts department and/or using an accounting system is a plus.

- Preparation of purchase orders
- Data entry to the accounting system
- Assisting in bank, debtor and creditor reconciliations
- Entry of payments and receipts with correct allocation
