CHRISTMAS AND NEW YEAR BREAK SCHEDULE
- Standard Same-Day and Same-Day High Priority Deliveries: Last orders to be dispatched on 22 December -12 noon. Same-Day deliveries will resume on 29 December. Same-Day delivery orders received after 22 December 12nn will be shipped by DHL express to ensure immediate delivery, earlier than 29 December.
- DHL Express shipping: Last orders to ensure delivery before Christmas day - 23 December - 2PM cut off. However, to ensure timely delivery, since this is a busy period, place your orders earlier than 23 December if shipping by DHL. We will still ship orders by DHL express on 24 December but deliveries will not be made in time for Christmas Day, 25 December.
- Pickup orders: Last pickup orders for collection on 24 December should be placed on 23 December. Pickup your orders at the local pickup point - Pickup point is open for order collection until 24 December 12noon only. Uncollected orders after 24 December 12noon can be collected upon our return from Christmas break on 29 December until 30 December.
NEW YEAR BREAK
SHIPPING OF LAST ORDERS FOR 2025
- Standard Same-Day and Same-Day High Priority Deliveries: Last orders to be dispatched on 29 December - 12 noon cut off. Same-Day delivery orders received after 29 December 12nn will be shipped by DHL express to ensure disptach and delivery before we go on break.
- DHL Express shipping: 30 December - 2PM cut off. No orders will be dispatched on 31 December. Orders made after 30 December 2PM will be shipped upon our return on 22 January 2026.
- Pickup orders: Last Pickup orders for collection in 2025 should be placed by 30 December 2025, 12noon. Last chance for order collection in 2025 will be on 30 December until 5pm only. Uncollected orders after this time can only be collected upon our return on 22 January 2026. The 3rd party local pickup point will not accommodate pickup orders from 31 December to 21 January 2026.

INCREASE IN SHIPPING FEE AND FREE SHIPPING ORDER VALUES
Starting 2025, shipping fees, both local and international, increased due to the increase in courier fees. We tried to delay increasing the shipping fees and the order amount qualification for free shipping as much as we can, but due to the increasing prices imposed by third parties, we cannot keep this up, especially for a local small business store like us. We hope for your kind understanding.🙏
