SHIPPING DELAY ANNOUNCEMENT

As we come back from our short break on 20 March, all orders received from 20 March will be shipped after 5 – 7 working days until further notice.

Orders received during our short break will be shipped first starting from 20 March. Due to the high volume of orders received during our break, we are not able to ship all these in one day, hence the shipping delay. We will do our very best to ship all orders as fast as we can. Thank you for your patience and understanding!🙏

SHORT BREAK ANNOUNCEMENT: 3-19 MARCH 2025

We are currently on a short break from 28 Feb 12nn until 19 March.  We will start processing orders received this period upon our return 20 March 2025. (Due to the large number of orders received during this period, we won't be able to ship them in a single day.)

Local pickup option will NOT be available during this period. The pickup dates during our break are blocked when choosing the local pickup option at checkout. 

However, uncollected pickup orders may still be collected from the local pickup location from Monday - Friday (excl. public holidays) between 3-5.15pm.

INCREASE IN SHIPPING FEE AND FREE SHIPPING ORDER VALUES

Starting 2025, shipping fees, both local and international, increased due to the increase in courier fees. We tried to delay increasing the shipping fees and the order amount qualification for free shipping as much as we can, but due to the increasing prices imposed by third parties, we cannot keep this up, especially for a local small business store like us. We hope for your kind understanding.🙏 

Local shipping fee has now increased to Eur5.75 (from Eur5.50). Free local shipping for orders above Eur60 (from Eur50).  You can view our updated shipping policy here.
