HOW TO USE
- After cleansing, gently sweep one pad across the face, avoiding the eyes and lips.
- Pat in the remaining essence, then follow with moisturiser.
- Start once or twice a week and adjust according to your skin’s tolerance.
- Avoid using alongside retinol or other exfoliants while introducing the pads. Use sunscreen, wear protective clothing, and limit sun exposure during use and for one week afterward.

Use as a quick sheet mask: Leave pads for on target areas for 5-10 minutes to calm irritated skin.
