It has a clear base that provides the lashes with boosted volume, holds the curl all day, and provides a coating fix to the mascara to prevent smudging, making them look fresh as new.
HOW TO USE
- Apply the fixer first, before mascara.
- Let is dry for 10-20 seconds.
- Finish off with a mascara.
- Can be used alone or with a mascara.
