1. Firmly press or gently knead the skin and muscles of the desired area. (When massaging directly on the skin rather than over clothing, apply a sufficient amount of body lotion or body oil before use.)
2. Acupressure: For areas that require focused stimulation such as lymph nodes, press and hold to provide more effective stimulation. Can be used for both massage and acupressure on all parts of the body. (see product photos)
