HOW TO USE
- Can be apply before or after lip makeup to create a voluminous lip look.
- Use as a lip topper: wear on top of your lip color to add more volume and gloss.
- Use as a lip primer: apply before applying lip color to plump and columiseyouor lips for a fuller look.
- Note: The plumping ingredient Vanillyl Butyl Ether creates a warming sensation plumping the lips and may irritate your lips temporarily. The tingling sensation begins within a minute and can last up to one hour, but it may differ depending on the amount applied and condition of the lips.
