0.1 Gentle Retinol Serum

DR. ALTHEA 0.1% Gentle Retinol Serum is a gentle formula retinol serum infused with potent moisturising ingredients, designed to enhance skin elasticity and firmness, for flawless, resilient complexion. 

Crafted with a carefully balanced blend of Bakuchiol, renowned for its pore elasticity effect, and pure Retinol, this serum offers comprehensive elasticity care. Perfect for those with skin sensitive to Retinol's stimulation, the blend of retinol and Bakuchiol maximises effectiveness while minimizing irritation. 0.1% pure retinol that promotes collagen production and helps improve skin elasticity and with a structure similar to retinol, Bakuchiol offers low irritation and excellent collagen synthesis effects, helping improve skin texture and elasticity, making it suitable for sensitive skin. 

Additionally, it is enriched with moisturising ingredients like Panthenol, Birch sap, and Soybean oil, it keeps the skin hydrated throughout the day, preventing dryness. Furthermore, its lightweight formula ensures quick absorption into the skin, leaving no residue behind.   

It has aa lightweight, gel-like consistency that quickly absorbs leaving no heavy or sticky residue. Suitable for daily use.

HOW TO USE

1. After cleansing and toning, gently spread an appropriate amount of the serum all over your face starting from the center of your face outwards.
2. Lightly pat for optimal absorption.
   
3. For retinol beginners:
   1. Make sure you give yourself an adjustment period when starting to use a retinol product. (see product photos).
   2. Retinol can increase skin sensitivity to sunlight, so be sure to use sunscreen every day, especially in the morning and re-apply during the day.
      
4. As a general precaution when using a retinol product, it is advisable to avoid using the following products in the same skin care routine when using retinol:
   1. Scrubs and physical peeling/exfoliating products.
   2. Products with AHA, BHA or high concentrations with Vitamin C.
   3. LED Masks or skincare devices that stimulates and massages the skin.
