SKIN1004 Madagascar Centella Air-Fit Suncream Light SPF50 PA++++ is a non-nano physical sunscreen that blocks UV rays suitable for outdoor use. It has a natural tone-up effect with a matte finish and helps brighten the skin.
It contains Centella Asiatica Extract (10,972 ppm) that contains active ingredients such as madecassic acid, asiaticoside and madecassoside, aiding in collagen synthesis, excellent effects in wound healing, and skin regeneration. Its soothing properties contribute to trouble care. It is also formulated with Multi BSASM, a blend of various botanical extracts including licorice root, Centella asiatica, green tea, Angelica root, turmeric, Chamomile flower and rosemary leaf extracts, with anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties and also soothes, hydrates and moisturises the skin.
Additionally, it contains niacinamide and MadeWhiteTM that helps with skin brightening.
It has a beige tinted cream delightfully spreads and leaves with a matte and slightly powdery finish. It creates an airy and breathable UV protective layer on the skin.
It has a smooth and soft application with minimised white cast.
A sunscreen with a nano-free formula that is gentle on your skin while still providing physical protection through zinc oxide and titanium dioxide. This is a mineral sunscreen sits on top of your skin to physically block and reflect the UV rays (nano-free or non-nano means they are larger than 100 nanometers and will sit safely on top of your skin rather than being absorbed into your skin – which means it will cause less irritation) and provides immediate protection from the harmful UV rays.
This sunscreen is also reef-safe. It protects coral reefs and oceans by the elimination of potential reef-harming chemicals: Oxybenzone and Octinoxate.
How is this sunscreen different from the Madagascar Centella Air-Fit Suncream Plus? Madagascar Centella Air-Fit Suncream Plus uses Zinc Oxide and Titanum Dioxide as mineral filters, whereas the Madagascar Centella Air-Fit Suncream Light uses 100% Zinc Oxide only as mineral filter, which is more gentle making it suitable to be used by sensitive skin types.
HOW TO USE
- Shake before use.
- Squeeze a dime-sized amount into hand.
- Apply and massage into face and neck, avoiding eyes.
- Apply 30 minutes before going out in the sun as the last step in your skincare routine.
- Reapply throughout the day, every two hours for the perfect sun protection during the day.
- HIGHLY Recommended: Remember to double-cleanse at night. (Cleanse skin using the preferred SKIN1004 oil and waterbased cleansers.)
