without leaving it oily or greasy.

It is a refreshing gel cream that contains 77% nourishing Avena Sativa (Oat) Seed Water that instantly soothes dry and sensitive and improves its moisture level. Extracted from the oat’s hard shell using Warm Water Grinding Extraction method, this oat seed water delivers soothing and hydrating care and protects the skin, making it ideal for skin prone to irritation and eczema. Gunsan Oat Seed Water are derived from oats that withstand harsh winters gives them exceptional moisturising properties. They provide instant hydration, soothe sensitive skin, and help restore moisture balance.

It also contains squalene, a stable plant oil derived from 100% sugarcane, inhibits skin moisture loss and is quickly absorbs to increase moisturising power, making skin soft and supple without greasiness or stickiness. Added with a high concentration of Panthenol, which converts to vitamin B5 when absorbed into the skin, helps to strengthen the skin barrier by improving water retention and hydration. The duo of oat and panthenol provides a refreshing splash of hydration and additional nutrients while creating a protective barrier. 

It's lightweight, hydrating gel cream texture softly melts on the skin, easily seeping into its layers. It absorbs quickly with a lightweight, non-sticky finish, making it easy to layer with other creams.
