Formulated with 5% Niacinamide,glutathione and hexylresorcinol, it helps visibly brighten uneven under-eye tone and improve the appearance of hyperpigmentation dark circles caused by external irritationor UV exposure build up. 2% Caffeine helps support circulation and reduce puffiness, and help improve the appearance of vascular dark circles caused by visible blue/purple tones beneath thin under-eye skin. Goldrella Peptide and elastin support firmer, smoother-looking under-eyes and help improve hollow under-eyes caused by loss of firmness and under-eye volume. TECA and allantoin hydrates the thin, delicate under-eye skin.
