Introducing the TIRTIR Matcha Tea Pads, a multi-action skincare pad that delivers instant redness relief, visible cooling, de-puffing and skin soothing in a single, effortless step. With 70 generously soaked dual-sided pads per jar, each pad is saturated in real Jeju Matcha Water and 1% Jeju Matcha PDRN essence — replicating the experience of placing a freshly steeped matcha tea bag directly onto the skin.

Patented low-molecular-weight Polynucleotide (PDRN) derived from Jeju Island matcha, formulated at 1% concentration within the pad essence. Rapidly absorbed on contact, it protects the skin from external irritants, reduces sensitivity and helps maintain a calm, clear skin condition throughout the day. Ideal for on-the-go redness management and post-irritation recovery.

Formulated with a real Matcha water base, as if a real matcha tea bag were placed directly on the skin — it is made with genuine Jeju Matcha Water rather than purified water to deliver only the essential, skin-beneficial compounds. This formulation philosophy mirrors the traditional Korean skincare ritual of applying brewed tea compresses to calm and nourish reactive skin. It uses real brewed Matcha Water from Jeju Island as the liquid base itself — which means the water component of the formula already contains the natural polyphenols, antioxidants and skin-calming compounds inherent to matcha. This provides a higher baseline level of hydration and calming performance before any additional actives are considered, replicating the traditional practice of applying steeped green tea compresses directly to reactive skin.

What makes these pads genuinely unique is their 70-Pi Big-Size Matcha Twin Pad design. The big-size format ensures full facial coverage in fewer strokes, reducing friction and irritation on sensitive or reactive skin. And using Twin Fabric Technology, the oversized 70-Pi twin-fabric pad features two distinct surfaces engineered for different functions: one gauze-textured side provides gentle physical exfoliation — use this side first to sweep across the skin, removing dead skin cells, residual sebum and surface impurities while refining the appearance of pores and skin texture and unclogging pores; and a soft, smooth side that is for essence delivery — use this side after to pat and deliver the remaining concentrated burst of calming, hydrating essence of Jeju Matcha Water and PDRN essence onto the skin, focusing on areas of redness, heat or sensitivity. The pads instantly cool and soothe skin flushed by external irritation, quickly reducing puffiness and refining the appearance of pores for a smoother, more even complexion.

Formulated for sensitive, redness-prone and acne-concerned skin, the 1% Jeju Matcha PDRN calms and protects throughout use, and the gauze side is designed for gentle, non-abrasive exfoliation rather than harsh physical scrubbing. The Jeju Matcha Water base avoids the artificial additives present in many conventional pad formulas. 

Vegan-certified and free from artificial colours, these pads are appropriate for skin types that react to fragrance-heavy or alcohol-based toning pads.

The TIRTIR Matcha line is formulated without artificial colorants, using only natural extracts (such as matcha, cacao, and coptis). Because of this, prolonged exposure to heat or light may cause slight discoloration. This is a natural change and does not affect the product’s safety or effectiveness.

HOW TO USE

1. Use after cleansing.
2. Use the gauze side to tone and refine, and the soft side to deliver essence. 
3. Tip! Use as DIY face mask or compress: Use as a targeted compress for areas in need of extra care. After wiping, place the pad (soft side down) onto areas of persistent redness, swelling or irritation and leave for 1–2 minutes. This compress method allows the Jeju Matcha Water and Matcha PDRN essence to absorb more deeply into specific problem areas, amplifying the redness relief and cooling effect beyond a standard wipe application.
