NEEDLY pH Balancing Toner is a lightweight yet moisturising toner that boasts a skin-friendly formula with a low pH of 5.5.

Formulated with Grifolin, the main ingredient of Coolin, found in mushrooms that nourishes the skin, promotes the skin's well-aging and strengthens the skin barrier, Panthenol moisturises and soothes the skin, while hyaluronic acids of different molecular sizes deeply hydrates and keep the skin plump. Botanical extracts from green tea, Centella asiatica, rosemary, and heartleaf soothe, hydrate, moisturise and provide antioxidant effects to the skin.

It also contains anti-wrinkle ingredient Adenosine, and brightening ingredient Niacinamide.

It has a lightweight, hydrating texture that delivers soft nourishment to the skin without leaving a tacky or greasy feeling.

No alcohol, paraben, artificial colors and fragrance. It has an apricot color derived from the natural color of cacao seed extract, and a natural scent of Hinoki cypress tree leaves.

HOW TO USE

1. After cleansing, apply an appropriate amount of toner on your face. 
2. Alternatively, wet a cotton pad with enough tonerand gently wipe your face from inside out.
3. Lightly pat the residual toner into the skin.
4. Follow with the rest of your skincare routine.
5. Tip! When your skin is feeling extra dry, apply multiple layers of toner to hydrate the skin.
