ETUDE Dr.Mascara Fixer [BLACK] is a waterproof mascara primer that coats lashes perfectly to provide improved lift and curl in any environment and climate. It also defines the lashes even more and can be used alone to express a 'natural eyelashes look'.
The smudge-proof, waterproof and long lasting formula is infused with Japanese water iris extract and caffeine to nourish the lashes.
For optimal effect, evenly apply onto lashes and wait until the product has dried before applying your favorite mascara.
Vegan.
HOW TO USE
- Apply the fixer first, before mascara.
- Let is dry for 10-20 seconds.
- Finish off with a mascara.
- Can be used alone or with a mascara.
