ANUA Rice 70 Glow Milky Toner is a nourishing but lightweight milky toner that brightens and evens out skin tone, balance and control excessive oil production, and help protect the skin barrier.

It is enriched with 70% Anua rice water^TM and rice extract to brighten the skin for an even complexion with added hydrating effects. Arbutin and ascorbic acid brighten uneven dull skin tone promoting a clear and radiant complexion, while niacinamide balances sebum production. It also contains ceramides to soothe irritated skin, while preventing moisture loss and reinforcing skin barrier, and hyaluronic acid to deeply hydrate the skin.

It has a milky texture that delivers deep hydration to skin with a non-sticky and refreshing finish.

Fragrance-free and dermatologically tested to be suitable for all skin types.

HOW TO USE

1. After cleansing, apply with the palm of your hands all over the face. 
2. Gently press the toner into your face for absorption.
3. Alternatively, soak a cotton pad and gently wipe it over your skin from the center outward.

4. Can be used AM and PM.
