NUMBUZIN No.1 Pure-Full Calming Herb Toner is a refreshing toner that provides instant relief to irritated skin. 

It contains 93% concentrated carefully selected herbal extracts Centella Asiatica, heartleaf and Licorice root extracts for deep, effective calming care to provide relief to sensitive, reddened and irritated skin, targets red blemishes and breakouts for clearer skin, and maintains the oil-moisture balance of the skin. Hyacinth extract and Polygonum Multiflorum extract purify the skin while delivering hydration. 

It has a watery, lightweight texture that absorbs quickly without getting sticky or heavy even after applying or layering it many times.

HOW TO USE

1. Use after cleansing.
2. Apply a proper amount onto the skin and gently pat to let absorb.
