Passion and skill meet self-love: Our Professional Partners
Skincare has always been a form of self-love. It’s about treating yourself, gaining confidence, and helping your skin be at its healthiest and happiest. However, finding the right skincare routine can be challenging, especially with the overabundance of products out there. So what do you do when you tire of the repeated trial and error? Consult the experts.
We are proud to introduce our professional partners—talented women who have the skill and experience to guide you through skincare that works and feels great for you. We've partnered with these experts so that you can consult them for the best skincare products or treatments for your skin's needs.
It means a lot to us that we get to work with like-minded individuals who know how it feels to personally struggle with their skin, discover the joy of skincare, and want to share this happiness with others. Our professional partners, Rochelle and Galina, encapsulate what is at the heart of Peaches&Creme: Seriously good fun, seriously good skin.
They are experts who, like us, are passionate about skincare. Our professional partners love what they do—it's a bonus that they’re good at it too.
Rochelle Chetcuti (The Beauty Room)

“Skincare to me is honestly a form of self-care. It's time I give to myself everyday, where I feel confident, pampered and loved. It's not just about products and results, but about that ritual and moment solely for myself. I genuinely love the skincare industry, there are so many amazing products out there, and it's so exciting for me to try them and see how they work. It makes me feel happy and inspired.”
Rochelle's love for skincare started at a young age. Her mother's morning routine always included time to care for her skin, hair, and makeup. Life was difficult then, but it was clear to Rochelle that the short time her mother took for herself uplifted her and made her feel good. During her teenage years, this interest in skincare branched out to an interest in anatomy and biology, so she would spend hours reading books about the skin and how it works.
Rochelle may have loved skincare then, but her path was not as straightforward. She took on different jobs in search of her true passion for a few years. When she was 16, Rochelle worked at a renowned spa in Malta and it was there that she made a final decision: She was going to be a skin therapist who was hands-on in her care for her clients.
Armed with love and determination
The road was challenging but fulfilling for Rochelle. She juggled working full-time while studying to acquire diplomas and qualifications. Through grit, perseverance, and passion, Rochelle achieved what she set out to do.
"I believe every single person who came across my life played a big part in me developing my career, even the negative people who told me I wouldn't make it. They pushed me to prove myself even more."

Rochelle is a skin therapist who specialises in facial treatments. She studied beauty and body therapy along with anatomy and physiology, and gained an international diploma. She also travelled to the USA to gain advanced training. Outside academics, her working experience includes various industry settings—from beauty clinics and spas to med aesthetic environments. Proudly, Rochelle is the founder of The Beauty Room where she also works as the master aesthetician.
Rochelle's approach to skincare
When asked about how she chooses to approach skincare, Rochelle told us about "blending the best of natural ingredients with advanced techniques." She believes that this combination has given the best results to her clients over the years.
Rochelle also believes in the power of hands—massage, touch, and stimulating circulation and healthy blood flow to get everything moving and supporting the skin. She specialises in helping people with skin problems, especially acne, pigmentation, and scars. These are very common skin challenges that so many people struggle with, and Rochelle loves being able to help her clients overcome these concerns and feel confident again.
Skincare tips from Rochelle's own routine
Skincare is one of Rochelle's greatest passions, so of course she keeps up a personal routine. We asked her for some tips for you, and here's what she shared:
1. Get facial treatments done every 4 to 6 weeks.
I really believe that finding a skincare therapist you enjoy going to and trust with your skin is essential. Ideally, this is someone who uses high quality skincare products and has thorough knowledge. You can also do something more advanced every few months like micro-needling or a peel treatment to really boost skin renewal and results.
2. Massage yourself in front of the mirror.
I love taking a few minutes to massage in my products, especially oils or moisturiser. This helps blood flow and relaxes facial tension. You can also use a gua sha tool which is amazing.
3. Use overnight masks.
I love using overnight masks and letting them soak into my skin whilst I sleep for that hydrated, plump look in the morning.
4. Exfoliating once or twice weekly.
Use a gentle scrub and don't overdo it! Over-exfoliating is not good for your skin.
5. Use a good retinol product in winter.
Retinol is good for your skin but can be irritating. Introduce it to your skin slowly.
6. Limit stress, drink lots of water, and get a good night sleep.
Your skin is healthier and happier when you are as well.
Rochelle's non-negotiables:
Double cleansing. I see so many skin types suffering from dead skin build up, congestion, and blocked pores, so I have to say that double cleansing morning and evening is a must. No product will properly penetrate or even work if the surface of the skin is clogged and dirty. Double cleansing gives us a nice, clean canvas to work with.
As for a product, it has to be SPF. If you find a nice, light, and hydrating SPF, you just cannot skip this step. The amount of sun damage and pigmentation I’ve seen is honestly beyond me, not to mention skin cancer on the rise. I also feel like not enough people use sunblock, especially all year round. Protect your skin during winter and summer; it should always be a non-negotiable product.
From Rochelle to YOU 💌
If you struggle with your skin, please know that you are not alone. I always say this to all of my clients. Skin problems can feel very isolating, but so many people go through the same struggle. Don't give up—there is always a way forward. It might take time, patience, and the right guidance, but your skin can and will improve. Be kind to yourself.
Your skin does not define you. I know how hard it can feel when you're self-conscious about your skin, because I have been through it myself. Remember that you are so much more than how your skin looks. It's only a small part of who you are. Be gentle with yourself, and know that confidence comes from within. Your skin journey does not take away your worth.

Galina Gavrikova (Aesthetics Galia)

"My perfectionism drives me to keep learning, evolving, and staying on the cutting edge of skincare science. I don’t separate my work from who I am—this is more than a profession, it’s a calling. The smiles on my clients’ faces are my biggest motivation."
For Galina, skincare was deeply personal since she struggled with problematic, reactive skin. After trying many products and not seeing results, she decided to take control of her skincare journey.
She began diving deep into ingredient science, skincare routines, and holistic care. Galina learned to treat her skin like a temple—with discipline, gentleness, and consistency. Through this process, she realised how powerful knowledge can be. She stopped chasing marketing promises and started reading ingredient lists instead.
That experience taught her to truly listen to her skin and look beyond the label. It also sparked a deep passion to help others—especially those who feel confused, discouraged, or alone in their skin journey. With what she has learned, Galina chooses to guide others with empathy and expertise. In her own words, "I chose this path because I was one of those people. I struggled with my own skin and tried countless products that didn’t help. That experience taught me how to rebuild not just skin, but confidence."
Hungry for knowledge and the chance to help
"Skincare is self-respect and self-awareness. It’s not about hiding imperfections, it’s about taking care of your body’s largest organ with patience, knowledge, and love."
Galina studied at one of the top universities in Moscow, focusing on aesthetics and skincare science. Currently, she is also continuing her education in healthcare at the University of Malta. She is balancing her ongoing studies with her work as a licensed aesthetician, cosmetic chemistry expert, and skincare consultant at Aesthetics Galia.
Galina has been in this industry for 6 years, specialising in sensitive skin, acne, rosacea, hyperpigmentation, and premature aging. She works with clients who feel like they’ve tried everything but still feel lost; many of them have been burned by over-promised products or harsh treatments that made things worse.
With that, Galina combines professional treatments with deep product knowledge to offer a holistic, results-driven skincare approach. Her background in cosmetic chemistry has given Galina a keen eye on what formulations best suit her clients, so she always recommends products based on their ingredient list, not on marketing claims.

"There are a lot of gimmicks in the skincare world. Many popular brands promise miracles on the packaging, but the truth is in the ingredients, and ingredients never lie."
Galina also offers online consultations, making it easier for people to access expert guidance, no matter where they are. She is steadfast in helping her clients build effective routines tailored to their skin type, condition, and budget.
Galina's approach to skincare
Galina's approach is intelligent, honest, and deeply personal. She does not believe in aggressive routines. She listens to the skin’s needs and builds from a solid foundation: double cleanse, hydrate, protect.
She helps her clients understand which ingredients work for their skin and why—so they don’t waste money or damage their skin barrier with the wrong products. Her consultations are always realistic, tailored, and focused on long-term skin health.
"Skincare is essential. Not following a good routine after a treatment is like going to the gym and then eating junk food—you’ll lose the results you worked for."
Skincare tips from Galina's own routine
Suffering from reactive skin and then building her career on skincare, Galina has built a solid routine for herself. With that, we asked her to share some insights that may help you:
1. Be consistent.
Your skin needs time to heal, adapt, and respond. Jumping from product to product only leads to more irritation and confusion
2. Double cleanse.
Start with an oil-based cleanser to break down sunscreen, makeup, and excess oil, then follow with a gentle water-based cleanser. This ensures your skin is truly clean without being stripped.
3. Don’t copy influencers.
What works for someone else might not work for you. Your skin is unique, and your skincare should be too.
4. Protect your skin barrier.
Many dermatological problems, including sensitivity, breakouts, pigmentation, and redness start with a damaged skin barrier. Gentle care and barrier-strengthening products make a huge difference.
Galina's non-negotiable: Always wear SPF. Sun protection is essential, every single day. UV damage is the leading cause of premature aging, pigmentation, and flare-ups in sensitive skin. Even the best products won’t help if you skip sun protection.
From Galina to YOU 💌
You are not alone with your skin issues, and your skin does not define your worth. It’s completely normal to feel frustrated, discouraged, or tired but please, don’t give up. With the right support, knowledge, and patience, your skin can and will improve. Your journey is valid, and healing is absolutely possible.
Please remember: your skin is just one part of you. It doesn’t take away from your kindness, intelligence, or strength. True confidence doesn’t come from flawless skin, it comes from showing up for yourself every day, even when it’s hard. I see you, I understand you, and I’m here to support you through this journey.

Towards happier and healthier skin
We at Peaches&Creme are happy and so grateful for this partnership with Rochelle and Galina. We wholeheartedly believe that this can help you, our dear Peaches, to achieve skincare that is tailored to your goals and needs.
That said, please note that skincare products will not give you the same results as professional treatments. The right products, however, can supplement the treatments you are getting for even better results. If you want to do this, our professional partners will gladly give you advice on the best skincare products for you.
Our professional partners will always prioritise treatments and products that will best suit you, Korean skincare or not. They will not be recommending our products or the brands we carry unless they truly believe that it will help you–this is our promise.
Stay glowing, Peaches! 🍑✨
