Do I need to use the toner on cotton? The red toner product has a stronger concentration than the regular toner, so it gives a deep moisturising feeling and freshly finishes the skincare routine. However, it is more viscous than other toner products, so rather than using it with cotton, MEDICUBE recommends you take an appropriate amount on your hand to apply on the face, and let it absorb.

HOW TO USE

1. After cleansing, apply an adequate amount on the face.
