This toner contains the best skincare power duo of antioxidants as they enhance the effects of each other: Pure Vitamin C Powder + Vitamin E. Vitamin C helps regenerate Vitamin E, making it more readily available to protect the skin from free radicals. Vitamin E then increases the power of vitamin C 4x! 

Antioxidants, together with niacinamide, help resurface rough and uneven skin for a smother, brighter, more even-looking complexion, and target multiple skin concerns such as uneven skin tone, roughness, plus provide hydration and protection from environmental damage.

Ultrafine pure Vitamin C powder is sealed separately in a cap from vitamin E toner to provide a fresh active ingredient of Vitamin C to your skin because Vitamin C easily oxidizes when exposed to water. The powder Vitamin C is mixed together with the Vitamin E toner right before each use.

This toner is a hydrating, watery-type toner that leaves a fresh feeling on the skin. It has a runny texture like water that absorbs easily to the skin without the sticky feeling.

Cruelty-free. Formulated WITHOUT parabens, artificial fragrance and colors, silicon, alcohol and essential oils. 

HOW TO USE

1. Press the button and make sure the pure vitamin C powder inside the cap is poured into the vitamin E toner bottle to mix them together.
2. Shake the bottle vigorously until the powder is completely dissolved.
3. After removing the cap,  replace it with the supplied pump.
4. Apply 2-3 pumps on a cotton pad or on clean hands, and apply to clean, dry face after cleansing.
5. If the powder hasn't been released into the bottle when you've pressed the button, please return the cap to help release the powder into the bottle.
6. Don't forget to use sunscreen during daytime.
7. Tip! Use as a toner mask: Wet a few cotton pads with the toner and apply them on the face. Leave for 5 minutes.
