TIRTIR Milk Skin Toner is a minimalised 'skip-care' with non-irritating, sensitive skin friendly ingredients designed to provide inner skin hydration that lasts for 24 hours. It transforms damaged skin barrier to a glowy, healthy and radiant skin. 

It is formulated with plant-based ingredients that help create clear and glass skin. Featuring rice bran extract and niacinamide to promote a brighter and more even skin tone; chamomile, green tea, witch hazel, oat kernel and centella asiatica extracts soothe, heal and calm the skin; peptides, ceramides and panthenol moisturise the skin and promote a healthy skin barrier; licorice root extract provide acne-fighting benefits, and hyaluronic acid deeply hydrate the skin.

Free from paraben, sulfate, alcohol, silicone, allergens. Fungal acne safe.

HOW TO USE

This hydration recipe can be used for all skin types, with appropriate methods to use / application.

• Dry skin that needs rich hydration. Cleanse your face. Apply TIRTIR Milk Skin Toner with a cotton pad or fingertips. Layer twice, allowing absorption between each application. Layer the product twice and use the next skin care product after absorption.
• Combination skin that needs spot and seasonal care. Cleanse your face. Apply TIRTIR Milk Skin Toner with a cotton pad or fingertips and let it absorb.
• Oily skin that cannot use super rich cream. Cleanse your face thoroughly.
  Apply TIRTIR Milk Skin Toner directly to your face. Use as an all-in-one moisturiser; pat gently to facilitate absorption.
