GOODAL Vegan Rice Milk Moisturizing Toner is a nourishing vegan face toner that delivers hydrating moisture to the skin from the very first step of skincare. 

This toner is formulated with Vegan Rice Milk^TM and Aquaceramide to calm down sensitive skin after cleansing, and work together to soothe and moisturize dry and irritated skin. Its deep nourishing properties strengthen and protect the skin barrier from dry and harsh external environmental factors, so your skin will stay plump and hydrated all day long. Vegan Rice Milk^TM is a mild 'vegetable rice milk' made by soaking healthy ' Jeju Island Sandui Rice' in water, grinding it, and squeezing it like milk. Fresh rice extract and organic soy milk are combined for the ultimate skin-moisturizing plant-based milk.

Goodal uses Sandui Rice from the uncontaminated island of Jeju. Rice extracts is rich in antioxidants, fatty acids and phytochemicals that have nourishing and soothing properties for the skin. It stimulates the production of collagen, which makes the skin softer and more elastic. It also has brightening properties that for a more radiant complexion. 

The toner has a lightweight, milky texture that helps your skin become soft and supple just after the first use. Its bouncy, and fast-absorbing texture penetrates deep into the skin making your skin feel its refreshing and hydrating properties in an instant.

Goodal's Vegan Rice Milk Moisturizing Line is made with recycled plastic containers and paper sleeves. The packaging also has 100% sugar cane paper packaging that’s been printed with soy ink. Good for the skin, and even better for the planet.

HOW TO USE

1. After double cleansing the face, apply a moderate amount of toner on a cotton pad, or can be applied using the your hands.
2. Pass the cotton pad gently all over the face following the lines of the skin.
3. Alternatively it can be applied directly with the hands, gently patting onto the skin to facilitate its absorption.
4. Follow with the rest of your skin care routine.
5. For best results, follow with GOODAL Vegan Rice Milk Moisturizing Cream.
