This eye liner is a gel eyeliner with 3mm skinny tip for precise application with quick-drying and waterproof formula. With zero-friction, sliding gel texture, it glides along easily, delivering a smooth continuous line with a clean and sharp finish without causing irritation. 

It's fast-drying formula achieves a flawless line that doesn't smear or smudge and its advanced waterproof function keeps the lines sharp all day without being smudged by water or sweat.

HOW TO USE

1. Apply powder or eye shadow to your eyes to get rid of the oiliness around the eyes. Before applying this product, make sure no oiliness and water on the eye area.
2. Roll up the formula little by little by 1-2mm.
3. Glide along the water line, filling up sparse areas and designing the eye shape and along the lash line.
4. Keep closed for storage. Make sure to close the lid after use to keep the formula from drying out.
5. This product had completed tests for withstanding water and skin irritation.
