This toner has a lightweight, watery, refreshing formula and has all active, high-quality ingredients (860,000ppm) including 828,168ppm Centella leaf water, madecassoside, heartleaf water and 30,380ppm purslane water packed in the formula instead of purified water to moisturise and help make the skin healthy, while also soothing sensitive, irritated skin.
Formulated with a high content of salmon for moisturisation to retain skin moisture without any stickiness: 30,000ppm salmon roe extract revitalises fatigued skin, and 5,000ppm PDRN salmon extract, a rare and expensive ingredient not commonly found in cosmetic products, that helps calm irritated skin, and its outer and inner layers.
