CLIO Sharp So Simple  Waterproof Pen Liner is a waterproof and smudge-proof pen eye liner ensuring a long-lasting wear and definition.

With an ultra-slim design (0.01mm) sponge tip, it creates precise and sleek lines with natural yet vibrant color, and lets beginners draw lines easily.

It is a non-smudging film-type eyeliner that is strong against water, sweat and sebum. It keeps the eyes looking defined while being resistant against water and sebum from morning til night with zero smudging.

It defines the eyes all the way to the outer corners with thin, yet more intricate edgy lines of strong black and deep brown colors.

HOW TO USE

1. Shake 2~3times with the brush tip facing downwards.
2. Apply from the inner corner to the outer corner of the eye along the lash lines.
