TIA’M Vita B5 Toner is a hydrating toner formulated with 10,000ppm Pro-Vitamin B5 or Panthenol and NMF to provide instant hydration to the skin, while peptides, collagen and betaine work to restore skin balance, calm and soothe the skin, and increase skin elasticity.

It is a low pH, hydrating toner that replenishes lost moisture to hydrate the skin and keep the skin calm and its pH balanced. It strengthens the skin barrier to prevent skin damage by retaining moisture in the skin for the entire day, leaving the skin supple and bouncy with moisture.

It has a lightweight texture that leaves the skin feeling chok-chok without feeling tacky or heavy even when layered.

HOW TO USE

1. Use after cleansing.
2. Using cotton pads or your clean hands, apply evenly to your face and neck.
3. Gently tap for better absorption.

Tips!!

• This toner can be used when you wipe away residue after cleansing and when you pat onto your skin. 
• If your skin feels extra dry and heated, you can soak the cotton pads with this toner and use as toner sheet mask.
• Also can be used as a mist so that you can spray on your face when you feel dryness during the day.
