NUMBUZIN No. 5+ Vitamin Boosting Essential Toner is a highly concentrated, rich boosting toner-essence for your first step complexion care.

It contains 3-layer brightening ingredients, vitamin C, arbutin and bisabolol, and 50,000pppm niacinamide, that help inhibit and prevent excessive melanin production and improve dull complexion. It also contains Liposomal Glutathione, a fast absorbing brightening ingredient effectively delivers the active ingredient to the skin, while 20,000ppm MadeWhite^TM Centella extracts to soothe, even out and brighten complexion. Vitamin E, peptides and panthenol provide antioxidant, booster and moisture care to the skin.

It has a lightweight, hydrating texture with an essence consistency.  

HOW TO USE

1. Use for quick and easy everyday brightening skincare after face wash. After cleansing, soak a cotton pad with the formula and wipe out your face, from the center outwards or pat it into the skin with your hands.
2. Use it as a brightening patch for hyperpigmentation. Soak a cotton pad with the toner, the place on the under eye and dark circle areas for 5 to 10 mins.
3. Tip! Use before the numbuzin No.5+ Vitamin Concentrated Serum as a booster.
4. Tip! Use for gentle resurfacing. Right after washing your face, soak cotton pads with the toner to gently resurface your skin.
