NUMBUZIN No.4 Hydration Glow Mineral Toner is a hydrating glow mineral toner that prepares your skin for your next skin care or base makeup.

It contains 89% of onsen-sui (thermal water) and five types of hyaluronic acid to boost deep hydration on your skin. Onsen-sui, rich in essential minerals and has a more powerful moisture binding and deeper hydrating properties compared to regular water, nourishes and soothes the skin, while five types of hyaluronic acid of different molecular sizes hydrates and absorb quickly deep into the skin, and prevents transepidermal water loss by forming a moisture barrier.

Additionally, it contains PHA that gently exfoliates with low irritation and makes skin smooth, while Niacinamide that helps brighten the skin after exfoliation.

HOW TO USE 

1. Use after cleansing.
2. Hydrate dry patches: Apply the toner 1-2 times using your hands or gently wipe with cotton pads before applying makeup.
3. 1-minute makeup boosting: Apply the toner on cotton pads and put them on areas you need to hydrate for 1 minute. It will instantly give you a juicy, dewy skin.
4. Lightly pat with fingers to aid absorption.
5. Follow with the rest of your skincare routine.
