It is formulated with soft gel base and neatly fixed wax ingredient to coat hidden lashes on the inner/outer corners of the eyes without leaving clumps. It has a super-proof fixing formula that helps fix lashes without falling out or smudging off.

HOW TO USE
- Place the inner side of the brush to your eyelashes, and sweep up from root to end.
- Use the tip of the brush to create fine and detailed lower eyelashes.
