Mizon Vegan Eyeliner is a waterproof, oil-proof, long-lasting vegan liquid eyeliner that dries quickly without smudging, with a comfortable applicator to create an ultra-black intense look!

This eye liner has a powerful, deep, carbon black color for a clear makeup look. It has a high elasticity sharp tip that enables you to finish your eyeliner the way you want, without the brush splitting on you. 

It also comes off cleanly with just warm water, even without an eye makeup remover.

HOW TO USE

1. Gently shake 2-3 times with the cap on before use.
2. Fill in closely starting from the waterline.
3. Wing out according to the shape of your eyes.

Note: Store horizontally. If possible, before use, either stand the pen on its butt for a few moments or use the back of your hand to test color. If the brush is dry or contaminated, use a wet wipe to clean it before use.

3. Avoid contact with eyes. If contact occurs, rinse eyes thoroughly.

5. People with an aspirin allergy will react poorly to the betaine salicylate.
6. Do not use on wounds, rashes, broken or damaged skin.
7. Discontinue use if redness or irritation occurs and consult a physician if needed.
