PERIPERA Ink Thin Thin Pencil Liner eye liner is an ultra thin 2mm pencil eyeliner with a formula that glides softly on your skin to deposit colour without tugging at the sensitive skin around your eyes, and it stays in place all day long. 

HOW TO USE

1. Apply powder or eye shadow to your eyes to get rid of the oiliness around the eyes. Before applying this product, make sure no oiliness and water on the eye area.
2. Glide along the water line, filling up sparse areas and designing the eye shape and along the lash line.
   
3. Keep closed for storage. Make sure to close the lid after use to keep the formula from drying out.
4. This product had completed tests for withstanding water and skin irritation.

SPECIFICATIONS

1. For external use only.
2. Use only as directed.
3. Avoid contact with eyes. If contact occurs, rinse eyes thoroughly.
4. If swallowed, get medical help or contact the Poison Control Center immediately.
5. People with an aspirin allergy will react poorly to the betaine salicylate.
6. Do not use on wounds, rashes, broken or damaged skin.
7. Discontinue use if redness or irritation occurs and consult a physician if needed.
8. Protect the product from excess heat or direct sunlight.
9. Do not store at high temperatures.
