It also has hypoallergenic next-generation 3% PHA (Polyhydroxy acids - Gluconolactone) to gently lift off dead skin cells from the skin surface, strengthens collagen, and has antibacterial properties that help treat acne, regulate sebum production, and clears pores, decreasing the occurrence of breakouts.
PHAs are considered 'cousins' of alpha hydroxy acids, as they are second-generation AHAs. The significant difference is that PHAs have larger molecular structures. HOW TO USE
- After cleansing, apply the serum to clean, dry skin.
- Gently pat your face to ensure absorption.
- Apply sunscreen as the last step of your skincare routine when using it during the daytime.
- You can also apply the serum to spot-treat problem areas (like your t-zone) or use all over the face.
Tip! Use 2-3x weekly to clear out blackheads and use 1-2x weekly to help prevent new ones.
