Formulated with rice extract and rice amino acids, this toner enhances antioxidant and moisturising effects, providing deep hydration that prevents inner skin dryness and keeps your skin comfortable and moisturised all day long. Rice extract, rich in vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants, helps restore the skin's natural health, leaving it clear and radiant, wihle rice amino acids extracted under optimal conditions from rice cells and callus, increases amino acid content, aiding in antioxidant and moisturising effects. Featuring a unique dual-layer formula, this toner has a moisture layer filled with rice extract and a powder layer to control sebum. This combination delivers a non-greasy, fresh finish. The sebum control powder layer sitting at the bottom of the toner containing kaolin clay is the key ingredient of the opaque layer. HOW TO USE

1.  Shake the product thoroughly to mix the layers before use.
2. After cleansing, pour a few drops onto your palms and gently press the toner into your face for absorption.
3. Alternatively, soak a cotton pad and gently wipe it over your skin from the center outward.

   1. Layering Toner: Apply several layers for enhanced moisturization.
   2. Using Cotton Pads: Soak a cotton pad and wipe to remove dead skin cells, sebum, and care for pores.
