It's chiffon texture fills up all lip fine lines and forms coating over lips to create silky smooth express. It offers fresh, matte finish over any lip product without greasiness or smearing. As lip base, it provides a blurring effect on lips for silky look.  

HOW TO USE

1. As a lip base: apply BEFORE lipsticks for silky look without greasiness
2. As a top-coat: apply AFTER lipsticks for long-lasting matte finish
