04 Dusty Fog Garden  is a dark, cool-toned palette with a range of shades going from bright beiges and greys to dark browns and blacks. Containing 8 velvet shades with brown and grey colors like of a foggy, winter morning, this palette is especially designed for dramatic shading and soft smoky eyes. 

HOW TO USE

1. Apply it with your fingertips as per the shadow order.
2. Complete shadowing outer corner of eyes or lash line with sharped and detailed brush.
3. Tap the applied area with your fingertips.
4. TIP! Use 2 darker colors in the palette on a dense brush in the last line to soften your eye liner - a great party look!
