APIEU Born To Be Madproof Skinny Brow Pencil includes a mixture of ingredients for natural pigmentation and a powdery finish. It is a skinny 1.6mm pencil that creates a sharp line from the inner corners to the outer corners of the eyebrows that require delicate drawing, and enables a dimensional and sophisticated expression by drawing each strand of hair. 

Wax and flat powder are included as the main base to provide a powdery finish. The color pigment adheres to the brows for longevity. Additionally, it contains eye care ingredients, the blend of HP-DCC Complex and sodium hyaluronate helps to care for dry and brittle eyebrows lacking in elasticity.  

HOW TO USE

1. Outline the under and upper arch and blend using the spoolie.
2. Add hairlike strokes to the front of the brow.
3. Continue to fill in the rest of the brow. Use the spoolie to blend out.
4. Fill the sparse areas in the direction of natural hair growth.
