NUMBUZIN No.2 Thermal Water 89% Mineral Toner is a multi-tasking toner that hydrates while brightening and gently exfoliating the skin.

It contains 89% of onsen-sui and 5 types of hyaluronic acid, and the combination of both boosts skin moisture binding power and gives off a deep layering effect even with just one light application. Onsen-sui, rich in essential minerals to nourish and soothe the skin, and with more powerful moisture binding and deeper hydrating properties compared to regular water. 5-layer hyaluronic acid comprise small molecules absorb quickly deep into the skin and hydrates the inner skin layer, middle molecules increase moisture density by connecting hydration links in the skin, and high molecules prevent evaporation by forming a moisture barrier.

Additionally, it contains PHA to gently exfoliates with low irritation and makes skin smooth, while Niacinamide that helps brighten the skin after exfoliation.

HOW TO USE 

1. Use after cleansing.
2. Take an ample amount and evenly apply along facial contour using cotton pads or your hands.
3. Lightly pat with fingers to aid absorption.
4. Follow with the rest of your skincare routine.
